Orders are confirmed only after we verify the details with you over WhatsApp or email. Dispatch timelines below begin from the date of confirmed order, not the date of initial enquiry.

2. Dispatch Timelines

• Ready-stock items: dispatched within 2–5 business days.
• Made-to-order / custom-size pairs: dispatched within 7–12 business days, depending on craftsmanship required.

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Style Wear is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days depending on your location and the courier partner serving that area. A tracking link/ID will be shared with you once the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated and agreed with you before the order is confirmed and dispatched.

5. Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the courier. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and notify us within 48 hours of delivery — we will help you raise a claim with the courier partner, though Style Wear does not guarantee the outcome of such claims.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check the shipping address shared with us. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
